“Supply-Demand economics remain valid, they are a great way to determine the market price. So, if the demand for a fixed-supply asset increases, we continue to see price appreciation.”  Pomp stated. 

Jesse Powell, Kraken CEO, also looks very optimistic about Bitcoin reaching $100k after the halving in may.

  1. According to Yadox and other prominent crypto enthusiasts, Bitcoin has just crossed the 200-day moving average. This is a good sign of a potential bull market, and analyst Tom Lee shares the same sentiment as well. 
  2. The official end of the Chinese lunar new year, a lot of traders who had stayed away from the market to celebrate the new year are back to the scene. This is playing a good part in the massive Bitcoin accumulation. 
  3. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) of Bitcoin surged across the 55 key range. This region has historically been a reflection point for the market. The last time it happened, Bitcoin surge over 140%, history tells us that when the RSI is above 55, BTC is officially in a bullish phase. 
  4. Bitcoin’s Ichimoku Cloud has also crossed into green, this suggests a bullish trend for Bitcoin.

Bitcoin has been able to hold solidly around the 10k region which is serving as local support at the moment. Investors are steadily looking forward to a daily cross above $10,400 which signals a potential surge above $11k.
